The Adicts haben Ende September den Vorverkauf ihres neuen Albums And it was so! gestartet. Die Platte wird am 17. November über Arising Empire und Nuclear Blast veröffentlicht.

Das Album wurde in La Habra in Pete’s Place aufgenommen. Um die technische Umsetzung kümmerten sich Tom Arley, Pete Dee und Christopher Brookes. Pete war außerdem in den Mixing-Prozess des Albums involviert. Das Cover-Artwork des Albums wurde von der Band selbst erstellt.
Die Band hat kürzlich ihre neue Single „Picture the scene“ veröffentlicht. Neben dem Haupt-Track beinhaltet die Single auch den Song „The whole world has gone mad“.
